SUMMED Finland Oy:n liiketoimintojen hankinta
Asker Healthcare Group on allekirjoittanut sopimuksen hankkiakseen SUMMED Finland Oy:n ortopedisten ja traumatologisten implanttien liiketoiminnot Suomessa.
"Liiketoimintakaupan myötä vahvistamme edelleen asemaamme suomalaisessa kirurgiyhteisössä ja nämä tuotteet täydentävät hyvin Onemed Oy:n nykyistä tarjontaa. Olemme innokkaita ottamaan heidän ammattitaitoisen tiiminsä osaksi Askeria ja odotamme innolla oppimista toisiltamme parantaaksemme potilaiden hoitotuloksia," sanoo Johan Falk, Asker Healthcare Groupin toimitusjohtaja.
Hankintaan sisältyy Acumed LLC:n ortopedisten ja traumatologisten implanttien ja instrumenttien ekslusiivinen jakelu, jotka ovat suunniteltu edistämään optimaalista luun paranemista. Yksikön liikevaihto on noin 40 miljoonaa SEK:a Toiminnot integroidaan kokonaisuudessaan OneMed Oy:n liiketoimintaan.
Kaupan odotetaan toteutuvan joulukuussa 2024.

Acquisition of operations from SUMMED Finland Oy
Asker Healthcare Group has signed an agreement to acquire the Finnish operations within orthopaedic and traumatological implants from SUMMED Finland Oy.
"With the acquisition, we are strengthening our position with surgeons in Finland further and these products will complement Onemed Finland’s current offering well. We are pleased to be joined by SUMMEDSs professional team and are looking forward to learning from each other and improve patient outcomes”, says Johan Falk CEO Asker Healthcare Group.
The acquisition is an asset deal where the acquired operations contain the distribution of Acumed LLC’s orthopedic and traumatological implants and instrumentation, designed to promote optimal bone healing. The acquired unit has a revenue of approximately SEK 40m and will be fully integrated into OneMed Finland.
The acquisition is expected to be completed in December 2024.
